All Gelin Abaci rings are made to order and the proper finger size is the responsibility of the customer ordering. If the ring needs to be resized, it requires remaking the ring. For 14K it’s a $200.00 charge and Platinum is a $475.00 charge to remake the ring.
Returned (credit or exchange) Merchandise and packaging must be in perfect original condition with no signs of ware or alterations. Items to be included with merchandise for a credit or exchange, receipt/packing slip, all original paper work and diamond certificate. Call or email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). RMA# must be clearly written on the top middle area of the package. Returns without (RMA#), and packages that aren’t properly packaged, or uninsured, will be refused. Paul David Fine Jewelry is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
